Please use this template to provide information to potential mentors for your classroom. Answer the prompts in this template, then copy and paste the whole text into the group overview. This will help mentors you invite to your group (i.e., invite to mentor one of your project teams) to understand:

1. the module you plan to follow,
2. your start and stop dates,
3. your goals for your students, and
4. any special needs for your students (ELL, advanced classes, need one French-speaking mentor, etc.)

Mentors can then use this information to decide whether or not they want to accept or decline your invitation to mentor for one of your classroom projects.
