Prior to the next session, complete the following activities:

Team Investigation (65 min)
Conduct the experiment for the Hands on with the Power of Sunlight activity: Spinach Leaf Disk Investigation

Read through the entire procedure (Steps 4-19) before beginning. (SG p 13 - 17)

Conduct your experiment and collect your data.

For the purpose of this workshop, we recommend
-
that you work in groups of 2-3 (2 setups per team)
-
that everyone tries to do the leaf disk infiltration to become more comfortable with it.

Once you complete the investigation, work with your team members to complete the questions in Step 20.

You will decide whether to do this investigation individually or simultaneously with your teammates in the asynchronous zoom room.

We have allotted 65 minutes for you to complete this investigation including the time to answer and discuss the questions in step 20 with your teammates.
