This form should be completed by school administrators prior to the start of any session in which classes at their school are participating in PlantingScience for the first time.  Simply complete the form shown below and click submit.  Please direct any questions you may have to psteam@plantingscience.org.

 

 

Schools in which classes have participated in the past do not need to resubmit, even if the teachers using the program have changed.  However, the PlantingScience team may request that a school resubmit in the event of a change in leadership or internal change of policy.  Teachers will be notified in this case.
