PlantingScience brings together dynamic, committed partnerships among organizations, corporations, and foundations whose mutual goals are to improve science literacy on a national level. Scientific Society Partners |
Scientific Society Partners
Partner societies provide the broad spectrum of plant science disciplines and career paths that students encounter in secondary school classrooms. This collaboration among societies represents the manner in which scientists actually work, and strengthens plant science education at a national level. Help Teachers and Students Meet the Challenge
Together we have created a community and learning place that supports middle and high school science teachers and their students, and challenges students to become scientific thinkers and a part of the practice of science.
As collaborators and partners, we can successfully help teachers prepare our nation’s students for the numerous challenges they will face in the future — significant challenges that require innovative solutions through scientific inquiry, reasoning, and critical-thinking skills.
Join PlantingScience and become a part of the solution that supports teachers with workshops, curricula, and a community of practice and connects students with scientist mentors for personalized authentic research projects, and help us work to improve the problem of declining science literacy and interest.
Scientific Societies and Associations play a vital role in engaging individual scientists in the process of science education.
