We know that plants photosynthesis and grow with sun and water. Plants also give oxygen. They use carbon dioxide. |
Research Question |
Why does temputare affect plants? Why is it green? How long does it take to change? Does anything else change that we don't know yet? |
Predictions |
I think that the spores will continue to grow nicely, but in a hot temperature, I don't think our shpores would be doing too well. |
Experimental Design |
On Day #1 we had to sterilize our hands and gloves and get the spores inside of a small container and we had to make sure that their temperature wasn't above 30 degrees or the spores would die. Then we let them sit for a week in the right temperature. On day #2 we found out our spores were about 25 degrees and we experimented with the temperature. On Day #3 we looked through microscopes and a digital microscope to see what the spores looked like from the inside using a water slide and it looks like the spores are pretty healthy. |
