Jesus Freaks!

Project by group bcsboylespring2020

Explore In our group we know the difference between dicot and monocot. We also know what a taproot system is and how it works. My team and I have learned the other root system. We learned about root hairs and how they take up water. Our teacher also explained the xylem and phloem to us. How the water and nutrients go up the xylem and phloem. We learned about the veins and how they are vital to live. We also learned about how much sunlight plants may need.
Research Question Will electrolytes affect the thickness of the stem and the length of the stems?
Predictions I think that the stem on are plant will grow stronger and thicker with the propel powder mixed with water.
Experimental Design Procedures 1.Take pots and fill with soil. 2. Poke four holes with a pencil metal part deep. 3. Measure one cup of water. 4. Take Three pacets of propel and add it to the water and stir. 5. Put mixture into the soil. 6. Put pots in the light. 7. Repeat for two weeks until the end of the project. :)
