  The best thing about being a scientist is that I can question everything and find the evidence to support my hypotheses. There is something so gratifying about finding out about how the world around you works.

Thank you for your answers! They are very thoughtful.  For question 3, outside of this experiment, are there any beneficial plant adaptations to their environment that you can think of besides plant color?
