    My research interests are diverse and aim to incorporate genetic, ecological, and morphological data to examine the relationships of various plant groups.

    What is best about being a scientist?

    The best thing about being a scientist is that I can question everything and find the evidence to support my hypotheses. There is something so gratifying about finding out about how the world around you works.

    What is tough about being a scientist?

    The toughest thing about being a scientist is that you have to be prepared for failure. The experiments you do will not always work the first time... or even the second time. It's something that you have to work hard at and stay motivated to drive yourself to success.
