    Who is Ghulam?

    A young leader with a team-building leadership style and an ordinary researcher aiming to solve extraordinary challenges. I am a skilled communicator with a friendly and adaptable personality, strong organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. Full of energy and passion until the job is done successfully.

    What is Ghulam?

    The friendly personality of Ghulam makes him easy to mingle with and build an environment to bring individuals and teams out of their box, so innovation happens. I can competently execute any project, global collaboration with R&D centers enabling fast-track project deployment and acceleration of essential innovations within a shockingly short lap of time.

    How is Ghulam?

    I was fortunate to walk from Pakistan's most developed and successful ecosystem to its least developed ecosystem. Throughout this journey, I've learned a lot, particularly because I've adopted successful strategies from developed ecosystems, and we can learn from the mistakes of developing ecosystems.

    I have worked as a lecturer in botany here in well-reputed 12-k colleges of Pakistan. I paid my focus on conceptual learning by doing strategy. And am been experienced in several experiments related to 12-k standards e.g., photosynthesis, seed germination, gaseous exchange, stages of cell division, and cell cycle, transport, and transpiration in plants, grafting and tissue culture, etc.
    Also, I have given my services to many internees, and research students for Masters and Ph.D. regarding Algal herbarium techniques, and the identification of algae.

    When and why did you decide to go into a science career?

    I selected to become a scientist at post graduation (M.Sc) level. Sir Dr. Ghulam sarwar was impressed me. He is Plant scientist and Biotechnologist, im impressed my self and set goat to become scientist and reduce global starvation by producing plants in adverse environment by new techniques.

    What is best about being a scientist?

    Being a scientist i have to research plants to produce new noval applications which cope against abiotic stresses to produce healthy crops with desired yield which fulfill demand of food through out the world, On behalf of my work i can mentor, motivate the farmers, growers towards some new techniques to achieve more healthy crops and reduce Starvation.

    Being an early care scientist and mid-management professional, I advise students to do whatever they want to become "be passionate, loyal, punctual, determined to achieve the targets. And always believe in conceptual learning by doing".
