Hello everyone!

I am so excited to be a part of this group. Please let me know how I can help.

I am an Assistant Professor at California State University, East Bay, and I study plant development and evolution. In particular, my students and I have dedicated a lot of time towards understanding how changes to plant genomes affect the way plants look and grow.

I have recently started a vegetable garden in my living room (!), and I wanted to share a picture of it with you. But I have still to learn how to add pictures to my posts :/

Hi Ariel,

I don't think there is a problem in reusing the sand and gravel. It could be an interesting idea do damp the "new" sand and gravel as well.
