Answer the question you selected for profile question 1 here (300 words):When leaves get old, they turn yellow. Our lab discovered that the formation of flowers causes the older leaves to turn yellow. We are trying to find genes that allow this communication to occur.

They are lovely!!!! You can really see the difference in response to higher salt! You have a lot of seedlings to measure...make sure you have many rulers and lined paper for each data point! Good luck!
