  I began teaching lab classes as a graduate student getting my masters in Botany/Systematic Biology, then years later went back to school to get my teaching credential. I taught as a science specialist at the elementary level for 6 years, then moved to the high school level. For the past 6 years I taught Biology and AP Environmental Science.
