  • Biography (300 words):
    I grew up in the St. Louis, Missouri area in the United States. I hold a comprehensive degree in Biology and Secondary Education (7-12) from Missouri State University, and am currently a graduate student in Biology-Applied Inquiry through the University of Miami-Oxford. I have taught high school biology, meteorology, astronomy and human physiology, and middle school Earth Science. I also spent about 9 years heading the School Programs team at the Missouri Botanical Garden, managing their field trip and offsite programming, teacher professional development opportunities, and grant-funded initiatives.
