  During my Masters program, i did research entitled Effect of Lead nitrate (a heavy metal) and Kinetin (a hormone) on external and internal morphology of Brassica campestris.
  My Ph.D. research was focused on Plant Transformation Studies. It involves Plant Tissue Culture (PTC) as a prerequisite technique. PTC is a technique used to produce new plants from any part (root, stem, shoot, leaves) of a parent plant. This technique is used to study/improve
  i: the growth and development of plants
  ii: the effect of environmental changes on the plants morphology and physiology
  iii: plants and microbes interactions
  iv: the traits of plants
  As a teacher, i used to teach the following courses to under-graduate/master�s students
  1: Plant Anatomy
  2: Cell and Molecular Biology

Will you put some plant leaves in the same jar where algae is present? If yes, plant name? 

how many total jars?  

will you add phenol red in jar containing algae? or will you take some solution from jar and add phenol red?

quantity of each i.e. growth solution and phenol red?
