  During my Masters program, i did research entitled Effect of Lead nitrate (a heavy metal) and Kinetin (a hormone) on external and internal morphology of Brassica campestris.
  My Ph.D. research was focused on Plant Transformation Studies. It involves Plant Tissue Culture (PTC) as a prerequisite technique. PTC is a technique used to produce new plants from any part (root, stem, shoot, leaves) of a parent plant. This technique is used to study/improve
  i: the growth and development of plants
  ii: the effect of environmental changes on the plants morphology and physiology
  iii: plants and microbes interactions
  iv: the traits of plants
  As a teacher, i used to teach the following courses to under-graduate/master�s students
  1: Plant Anatomy
  2: Cell and Molecular Biology

Hi, in the table, 1. I can see "Tree leaf F" and "Tree leaf NF". What is F or NF? In research article, figure or table should be self-explanatory. There should be a caption for table having brief of the experiment, and all abbreviations should be explained in foot note.

2. The procedure (methods) should be explained so anyone else can repeat it. How many leaves were used? size of leaves? name of plant species? this was for initial experiment, otherwise age of leaves must also be considered (should be same). By the way, you did an amazing experiment. I hope, you enjoyed while doing these experiments. Cheers!!

Tristan, Regarding the conclusion. I would recommend that you refer your hypothesis. So, instead of writing "we were wrong", you can write "the hypothesis is rejected". But, as I mentioned earlier, you need to know leaf area (not…

But, as I mentioned earlier, you need to know leaf area (not the plant height) used in experiment. Did you use equal leaf area for all three species?
