I just took a look and overall it looks great! I think you all did a really nice job of summarizing the experiment and observations. I really only have a couple of comments to make. 1) If you took temperature measurements of the potatoes make sure to include them. There really isn't any quantitative data in your report and this would at least be one exact measurement to include. 2) It still isn't clear how you did the warm treatment. Did you end up going with the microwave or did you use another method?
