What We're Doing

  • Planning to Start: 2/27/23
  • Planning to End: 4/7/23
  • Theme: The Wonder of Seeds (seed germination and growth)
  • Expected Breaks: March 23-26 - camping trip; April 10-14 - Spring Break
  • Course: 6th grade Science

Our Outcomes

Student outcomes include developing an understanding of the process of seed germination and the link between seeds, plants and ecosystems; observing the diversity and adaptations of seeds; and gaining experience interacting with scientists. In addition, the students will be learning how to design an experiment, collect data, analyze and communicate the results, and create a presentation of their investigation.
