About Our Class

  • Teacher: Nadine Nice
  • School: ROWVA High School, Oneida, IL
  • Grades: High School Students (Grades 9,10,11,12)

What We're Doing

  • Planning to Start: 9/13/2021
  • Planning to End: 11/19/2021
  • Theme: Celery Challenge (plant anatomy, osmosis and diffusion)
  • Course: Botany

Our Outcomes

I hope to get my students (grades 10-12) in Botany excited about exploring how plants are important to us and the world as a whole. I am excited about the opportunity for my students to be able to communicate with real scientists and a mentor for hands on experiments. I also want them to experience the real process of conducting an investigation, gathering data, and reporting their findings.
