Explore Plants are autotrophic which means they have complex cells. We have discovered though background information that not always everything reliable.
Research Question Our experiment question is proving what seed from the experiment will gain more mass over the span of 2 weeks?
Predictions Dish 2 will have the biggest change in mass and Dish 3 will have the smallest change in mass.
Experimental Design Step 1: Gather materials & place 3 paper towels into 3 petri dishes Step 2:place 1g of radish seeds into each dish Step 3: dish 1 goes in sunlight and gets watered & dish 2 gets no sunlight and is watered Step 4: dish 3 goes in sunlight and doesn't get watered & wait 1-2 weeks & place seeds into drying oven & remove excess water Step 5: weigh mass of dried seeds & record data into a table Step 6: make a graph to explain results
