Til all have grown

Project by group vcsgeorgespring2020

Research Question Do plants grow better if the seeds are started in aquaponics or if they are germinated and then placed in aquaponics.
Predictions If we germinate lettuce, tomatoes and basil seeds before putting them in an aquaponics system as opposed to starting them as seeds in an aquaponics system, then 50% more of the lettuce, tomatoes and basil will survive till yield.
Experimental Design In order to start the experiment, our team will gather our materials. We will plant two sets of plants, one that is in an aquaponics system and one that is not. We will tend to the plants in the same way, watering each set the same amount. At the end of the experiment we will test the overall health of the plants and see if there are any improvements.
