Students truly went above and beyond working through their projects and thought outside of the box comparing plant growth differences between hydroponics, aquaponics and convention farming. They also maintained a clean and clear notebook throughout the project and responded to their mentor numerous times. This team provides a great example of how to consistently communicate with your mentor and grow from them. They also demonstrate what a well illustrated notebook looks like. In science it is important to provide visuals with your findings so that others can follow along or see what you are seeing. This team also thought outside of the box and went beyond just using soil as a medium to grow their radishes in.

Bubble Guppies did a great job communicating with their mentor through the PlantingScience platform. This demonstrated the power of communication and how online mentoring can be very helpful!
