Explore Don't set them on fire, they need water, sunlight, and maybe fertilizer (manure) and they give us fresh oxygen.
Research Question Will the amount of water given to the plant each day affect its growth and health?
Predictions We think the one with more water will grow more.
Experimental Design We will fill 2 egg cartoon sized thing with backyard soil and put a pea seed in each egg cartoon sized thing. Each day at 2:50 we will water each plant. The first plant we will water 1 teaspoon of lukewarm water and another plant with 1 1/2 teaspoon of lukewarm water for about 2.5 - 3 weeks. We will record our discoveries every day also at 2:50. Seed 1 is the 1/4 teaspoon seed and seed 2 is the 1/2 teaspoon seed.
Conclusion Our conclusion is that we are still unsure of how much water the plant needs because Tobys seed 2 didn't grow at all and Yoavs seed 1 didn't grow at all and Benjamins seeds both grew but Seed 2 grew more.
