Explore Exploring a different method for predicting sugar concentration
Research Question To what extent can osmolarity be a reliable predictor for investigating the sugar concentration in raisins.
Predictions I predict that osmolarity will be relatively reliable, with +- 0.2 moles/litre
Experimental Design I will keep the amount (in grams) of raising constant while i change the concentration of sugar, attempting different concentrations until i have reached an isotonic solution.
Investigation Theme WOS
Grade Level High School Students (Grades 9,10,11,12)
School Name Klosterneuburg International School
