Conclusion | Lake water grew the best and the fastest because its main ingredients are phosphorus and nitrogen. It is important for a plant to have phosphorus because it needs to have the nutrients to grow better. Also phosphorus is in all fertilizers. Nitrogen on the other hand doesn’t really do anything, it just helps the plant breathe so it will grow. Although those are very important ingredients to have while growing a plant you can’t have too little of them or else the plant's stem will become very weak. If you have too much phosphorus and nitrogen the plant could kill the plant.This is because the plant only needs a little nitrogen and if the leaves turn yellow then there is too much nitrogen. |
