The Bears

Project by group dcrhsmcmullenspring2019

Explore plants go through a process called photosynthesis. Plant need Water, sunlight, and Carbon dioxide to survive. Plant also come in all different shapes and sizes and give us oxygen.
Research Question how does temperature of water affect celery bending?
Predictions If the water is cold then the celery will bend more
Experimental Design We plan to put one piece of celery in 2 cups with different water temperatures(warm and cold) and then we record the mass and color of the celery before and after being in the water.
Conclusion From our experiment we can claim that cold water did increase the effect of celery bending while hot water decreased the amount of bending the celery did over time.
