Explore We know the essential neceities for a plant and Alma's dad has a great background in growing plants , especially corn.
Research Question We are the control group
Predictions We Predict that we will have the largest and most fastest growing plants. Because we are not adding any extra nutrients or changing the natural process.
Experimental Design We are control group , so we will water each plant daily (5 of each seed) and add no additional liquids to keep the control group controlled.
Conclusion We think that the corn will grow beyond the crates height, thus it will burn its edges due to the height and contact with the light bulb. The other plants grew as it should've and no other strange observations. although, the water did sit on the soil often and it may have caused micro organisms to invade and cause the corns to have a stinky smell.
