Project by group bcsboylespring2020

Explore We know that every part of a dandelion is edible, and it's used for medicine. God made weeds to protect exposed ground from the sun. Kale helps our body remove unwanted toxins, and help with other health problems. Plants can either have one or two cotyledons. Plants can be monocots or dicots. Monocots have skinny leaves and strait veins. Dicots have big leaves and a web of veins. Plant cells are square.
Research Question Which is better to water a corn plant with, Gatorade or Miracle grow?
Predictions Our team thinks that the miracle grow will make the plant grow taller.
Experimental Design Our dependent variable is how tall the corn plant will get Our independent variable is what we will "water" it with We will record our data on a Google Spread Sheet Our plan is to use these procedures for our corn plant... Procedures 1. Gather your materials. 2. Place your pots side by side near a window. 3. Poke 3 holes (or more if you want) in the soil. 4. Place the seeds in the holes. 5. Bury the seeds. 6. Spray on the liquids (same amount for each pot). 7. Repeat step 6 every day.
