| Predictions | A possible outcome is that the celery will bend a lot. This happens because of the salt, and it gets sucked up into the celery stick. |
| Experimental Design | We planned to put three celery sticks into a 200 ml glass of water that has 40 grams of salt in the water. We also planned on putting three celery sticks into 200 ml of water that has 80 grams of salt in the water. The celery is being observed, and the amount of water is constant. We recorded our data in a notebook. |
