  microgreens, the health and wellness benefits are off the charts, they grow in 7-10 days using just water, we (city-hydro) grows over 85 different verities, our 10'x15' Vertical Farm grows 12,000 pound of microgreens per year which correlates to 285,000 pounds of full size vegetables in nutritional value, these is how we are going to feed our cites of the future in my humble opinion
