  One time I was hiking to my experimental field sites in West Virginia and I was eating black raspberries along the way. I eventually realized a black bear had the same idea I did and we had been unknowingly walking towards each other. The bear, however, realized before I did and quickly ran away and I sang songs out loud the rest of the way to my field sites to make my presence aware to any other bears in the area!

Nice job with the graphs. Visualizing the data is really important as it helps us identify trends. Something to consider is color choice. For example, it's hard to tell if W3 or W9 is the yellow on the chart as they're both the same color. There are other colors that appear very similar in color too that could be made more different for clarity. Comparing the control to the blue water it seems like there isn't any difference between growth as both the control and blue have variable growth. Did you observe any color change?

Thanks for clarifying and I'm not sure other than possibly stressed by the food coloring or change in environment. And some plants grow faster than others. I'm not too familiar with the seed you used, but maybe this has something to do…

Thanks for clarifying and I'm not sure other than possibly stressed by the food coloring or change in environment. And some plants grow faster than others. I'm not too familiar with the seed you used, but maybe this has something to do with it. Did other students in class use the same species? If so, maybe helpful to compare growth or ask for insight from previous projects.

Great job wrapping up your project. Sorry for the delayed responses. I hope you all have been doing well. I took a look at the data and green plant figure. Good job with compiling the information. If you plan on making a figure that includes all of the plants, you could make G1-G10 green lines, P1-P10 purple, R1-R10 red, etc. 

It's interesting that so few germinated. Are the W1-W10 the control plants? Are you comfortable making conclusions from the data you collected?
