Research Interests (300 words)I am interested in non-chemical methods of controlling powdery mildew, a common fungal pathogen on edible crops, and understanding the circadian responses of powdery mildew in strawberry and grape. My research is focused on altering spectral conditions, either through supplementation or the natural variability in transmission properties of protective structures and observing growth responses. Powdery mildew species are particularly amenable to these studies due to their prolific growth in protected environments (e.g. greenhouse, high tunnel) and their growth mainly on the exterior of plant tissues.

Hey Goobers,
How are things going for your group? I'm wondering if any of you have taken a look at your data and written anything up that could be shared with me. I'd like to know what you found!

As long as you kept it the same for both experiments it's OK. If you were to repeat this experiment again in the future you may want to consider if this is an important factor.
