    I am more interested in soil studies, how soils are impacted by different management practices that includes nutrients addition, amendments, tillage etc. I am more involved in studying the response of soil in relation to its chemistry and physical properties.

    What is the coolest thing you have discovered or learned about plants?

    The coolest thing for me about plants is how they are able to photosynthesize food for themselves and also other living organisms including us on earth. This sounds so interesting! They are food manufacturing machines.

    Can you describe your attitude toward science when you were in high school?

    Science is always being amazing thing for me. When I first get to learn about chemistry in eighth or ninth standard, I was amazed to learn about bonds that hold atoms together. I was always fascinated as I proceed different chapters in science.

    What is best about being a scientist?

    I think the best part of being scientist is learn by doing. First proposing idea and then testing hypothesis by laying experiment out and running experiments and the final results we achieved, if the hypothesis is achieved or neglected. Its always exciting till experiment ends what will be results. Moreover, during this whole scenario there is always learning lessons involved.
