Hi Everyone!  I'm Rebecca Abler, and I'm your scientist-mentor.  I am sorry it took me so long to "meet" you...it turns out, my invitation to be part of your team went into the "Clutter" file of my email folder!  I've fixed that problem, and we should be on track.

I "introduced" myself in the main forum, but a little about me...I'm a professor at UW-Manitowoc, and am originally from the Fox Valley area.  I went to school at UW-Oshkosh and Virginia Tech.  I have 2 kids (both boys) in  3rd and 6th grade.  In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, especially up north at our cabin in Lac du Flambeau, run, knit, fish, and do yoga.  

I'm really looking forward to working with you all on this project!  A question I have for you is...what do you hope to learn through your project?  What do you hope that I can help you with as your mentor?
