    A middle school science teacher first sparked my interest in science. Just as he was passionate about his job, I wanted a career that I could be passionate about everyday. Science emerged as my true passion. Perhaps what amplified my interest in science was that there are so many unknowns. In a way, all scientists are explorers and discovering new ideas. I find that makes a science career fun and exciting.
