About 25% of our students have learning differences. Overall the students are highly motivated and have a lot of science. We have a broad range of learners with different learning strengths and challenges. This will be our fourth time working with PlantingScience. We are excited to continue working with you for another year!

About Our Class

  • Grades: Middle School Students (grades 6,7,8)

What We're Doing

  • Planning to Start: 2/25/19
  • Planning to End: 4/12/19
  • Theme: The Wonder of Seeds (seed germination and growth)
  • Expected Breaks: 4/2/2019 - 4/5/2019
  • Course: Sixth grade science

Our Outcomes

Students will be learning about germination of seeds and conducting investigations. This unit should extend and deepen their understanding of plants. In addition, students will be reinforcing experiment design skills, collaborative skills, and communication skills.
